Research Focus at QCRI

Dr. Thirumuruganathan is a scientist in the Data Analytics department at QCRI. His current research mainly focuses on data cleaning, urban computing and scalable data analytics. Before joining QCRI, he obtained his Ph.D from University of Texas at Arlington, USA working under the supervision of Dr.Gautam Das on deep web databases, crowdsourcing and analytics over social media and graphs.

Previous Experience

Dr. Thirumuruganathan obtained his PhD from University of Texas at Arlington, USA in 2015. His research interests then were deep web databases, crowdsourcing and analytics over social media and graphs.
